What's included in each package?
Each package includes a defined set of services listed on this page. Starter covers local presence foundations; Growth adds full SEO, Google Ads, social media, and content; Premium layers in expanded ad management, more content, and a dedicated account manager. You'll receive a detailed scope document before we begin.
Are there long-term contracts?
Our packages run on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice period for cancellations. We earn your continued business through results, not contracts. Some custom engagements may include a minimum term, which will always be stated clearly upfront.
What does onboarding look like?
After you sign up, we schedule a kickoff call within 3 business days to review your business goals, existing assets, and campaign priorities. We then build your strategy and present it for approval before any work goes live. Most clients are fully onboarded within two weeks.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. You can move between tiers at the start of any billing cycle. If you outgrow your current package mid-month, reach out and we'll discuss a prorated transition. Downgrading follows the same 30-day notice policy.
